The Elks' Playground sits quietly under the sun of an autumn afternoon, the leaves are crunchy underfoot, the lake glistens over yonder,
the swings rock in the gentle breeze,
the play structures sit unused and seemingly forgotten ...
... for the moment the laughter and play of children is but a memory.
